Choose WERT as Payment Method
- Select Payment Gateway: At the checkout payment options, choose WERT as the payment method in the dropdown menu on the actual invoice
- Review the Payment Details: A summary of the purchase (amount of USDC and price) will be shown before proceeding with payment.
Step 2: Complete Payment Using Credit or Debit Card
- Redirect to WERT Payment Interface: The customer will be redirected to WERT's secure payment interface.
- Enter Card Details:
- Input credit or debit card number.
- Enter the expiration date and CVV (security code).
- Complete Payment: Click on the "Pay" button after filling in the card details.
Step 3: KYC Verification (If Required)
- Identity Verification: Depending on the amount or regulations, the customer might be prompted to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
- This may involve providing identification documents or answering questions to verify identity.
- Follow WERT's prompts to complete this process.
Step 4: Receive Confirmation
- Payment Confirmation: After the payment is successfully processed, the customer will see a confirmation message both on WERT’s interface and within the Choice1 site.
- Email Notification: The customer will also receive an email confirming the transaction details, including the amount of USDC purchased and any transaction ID.
Step 5: Transaction Complete
The process is complete, and the customer can now check their wallet for the USDC balance.
Troubleshooting/FAQs for Customers
- Payment Issues: If the card is declined, ensure that the details entered are correct or contact the bank to allow the transaction.
- Verification Delays: If the KYC process takes time, customers should monitor their email for further instructions.
- USDC Not Received: Contact customer support if the USDC does not appear in the wallet within the specified time.
